RFlan updated flag bearer

so i recently joined the perth RFlan crew, via `flameturret as i now live with him, and he requested i conceive an update to their 10 year old flag bearer illustration. which is good because it somehow motivated me to pick up a pen again, which felt fucking great for once.

i think, and hope, that this triggers many more illustrations to come. this fucking hole in my soul has stuck around for far too long.
